The upper shorts are made from recycled woven fabric and the inner shorts from jersey for extra comfort.  The Björn Borg Borg Running Shorts 2-1 is a stylish training short made from recycled polyester and stretch polyamide. The style features an upper brief of woven material and an inner brief of jersey. This short features a double waistband with a drawstring in between to tie your keys. Furthermore, the inner shorts feature a phone pocket, this item has side slits for optimal freedom of movement and reflective details on the back so you are highly visible. Recycled polyamide is made from plastic from industrial waste and from plastic from the oceans, such as fishing nets and plastic mats. Recycled polyester is made primarily from plastic bottles and industrial waste. It uses less water and less energy in production. It also generates up to 30% less CO2 emissions compared to virgin polyester. All recycled yarns come from GRS-certified suppliers (GRS - Global Recycle Standard). This is an independent, third-party certification of recycled content that focuses on traceability, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. The validity of the certification is checked with each new collection. Bjorn Borg always talks about more sustainable products. But what does this really mean?
