Go Hydro contains a high amount of sodium (salt) (30mmol/l= 0.700 grams/liter) which promotes optimal hydration for intense exercise in the heat. Go Hydro can also be perfectly used to increase the amount of electrolytes in GO Electrolyte and/or GO Energy (in extreme conditions such as very hot days, Ironman triathlons in the heat, Marathon Des Sables etc).
