Features: Each pack contains 2 rectangular electrode pads, 4 round electrode pads Compatible with PowerDot 2.0 only On average, PowerDot pad adhesive lasts about 20-25 applications, but actual life may vary. Always make sure your electrodes are sticky and clean. Replace your electrodes if they no longer stick to your skin, if the adhesive side is dirty, or if you begin to experience slight tingling during stimulation.For optimal performance of your PowerDot, we recommend using an alcohol or saline wipe to clean the skin before use. Apply the pads to clean, dry skin, making sure to remove any sweat or natural skin oils.To extend the life of your pads, we recommend cleaning the adhesive side regularly with antiseptic alcohol wipes to remove hair and oil. Attach the pads to the safety film when not in use.Always store them in a cool place.
